The work that starts after launch
We keep things fast, secure, and findable so your software compounds in value instead of quietly decaying. The same team that built it keeps it healthy.
Looked after, not left alone
Software is never really finished. We take care of the steady work that keeps it quick, safe, and easy to find.
Maintenance & monitoring
Hosting management, security and dependency updates, regular backups you can actually restore from, and uptime monitoring, so small issues never become outages. If something breaks, we catch it instead of waiting for you to notice.
Performance tuning
Speed slips over time as content and code pile up. We keep Lighthouse scores high and pages loading in under a couple seconds, because a slow site costs you visitors and search ranking.
Search visibility & SEO
Ongoing SEO upkeep, structured data, and content support so the right people keep finding you. It is slow, compounding work, so we treat it as steady effort over time rather than a one-time fix.
Steady improvement
On the higher tiers, dedicated hours each month go toward new features and integrations, so the product keeps getting better.
Built to a standard, kept there
The sites and apps we build are held to a production-readiness standard before they ever go live. A care plan is how we keep them that way.
- 90-plus Lighthouse scores and pages that load in under two seconds, maintained as the site grows.
- Clean, custom code rather than stacking on bloated plugins that drag performance down.
- Honest reporting. Clear updates on what we did and what changed, in plain language.
- You own everything. Your code, your data, and your domain stay yours. No lock-in, and you can take it all whenever you want.
Software does not stay healthy on its own. The work that made it good at launch is the same work that keeps it good a year later.
How ongoing support works
Maintenance and security come first, then content and growth work based on what will actually move the needle for you.
Review & baseline
We look at the current state of your site: speed, security, what is out of date, and how it is doing in search. That gives us an honest starting point to measure against later.
Plan the work
We agree on what your plan covers and where your monthly hours go. Maintenance and security come first, then content and growth work that will actually move the needle.
Maintain & improve
We keep things updated, fast, and secure, and we chip away at improvements over time. SEO is slow and compounding, so we treat it as steady ongoing work, not a one-time fix.
Report & adjust
You get a plain summary of what we did and what changed. We use that to decide what to focus on next, and we adjust the plan as your priorities shift.

Good things to ask up front
Do I have to be on a plan?
No. Plans are the easiest way to keep things healthy, but support can also be handled project by project. We will recommend what fits how much your site or app changes.
Can you support a site you did not build?
Usually, yes. We start with a quick review to understand the system, then take over maintenance, performance, and visibility from there.
What is included in a support plan?
Updates, monitoring, and edits at every tier, with performance tuning, SEO upkeep, and dedicated development hours added as you move up from Care to Grow to Partner.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Plans are month to month, so you can move up when you are growing and adjust when things are quiet.
How much do the plans cost?
Care is $150 per month, Grow is $400 per month, and Partner starts at $650 per month. Each plan is billed monthly and includes a set scope of work. If your needs are bigger than a plan, we can scope custom support separately.
What does maintenance include?
At minimum, hosting management, security and dependency updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and minor text and image changes. Higher plans add content updates, performance monitoring, and ongoing search-visibility work.
How long does SEO take?
SEO takes months, not weeks. It is slow and compounding, and search engines reward consistency over time. We cannot promise specific rankings, and anyone who guarantees a number-one spot is not being honest with you. What we can do is steady, legitimate work that improves your odds.
What is included versus separate project work?
Care plans cover maintenance plus the monthly hours listed for your tier. Larger changes, like a new feature, a redesign, or a big content push, are scoped as separate project work so you always know what you are paying for.
Do you run ads?
We can manage search and ad campaigns as part of growth work. It is scoped per client based on your goals and budget, and ad spend is paid to the ad platform directly, not to us. We will not pretend ads are a magic switch.
Can I cancel?
Yes. We ask for 30 days notice, and that is it. There is no long contract trapping you. The site stays yours, and we hand off everything you need to keep running on your own or with someone else.
Do you work with clients outside Arizona?
Yes. We are based in Tempe, Arizona, and we work with clients across the United States remotely. Where you are located does not change how we support your site.
